I made a few updates to my “Healthy Brownie” recipe. I made them again the other day and realized they need 20-25 minutes in the oven. Also, I used a regular egg (instead of a flax egg) and it worked out perfectly.
I also discovered another yummy way to eat them – cold, right out of the fridge. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but they tasted like fudge or truffles or chocolate tort…amazing.
