- Will require you to make changes to your diet and learn new habits, ie. eat breakfast, incorporate fruit and/or veggies at every meal, buy whole grains vs. refined white carbs, start exercising
- Involves getting educated about nutrition so you can start making healthy choices everyday (that’s where I come in!)
- Is the most successful when you focus on small changes over a longer period of time – small changes over time = big results!
- Do something active everyday, no matter where you are!
