As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, my goal is to help you accomplish your health and wellness goals. I don’t believe in diets or quick fixes; I believe in living a healthy lifestyle. This not only requires you to learn how to make healthy choices, but how to eat mindfully and trust yourself with food again.

I’m dedicated to working closely with my clients to teach and motivate them to make healthy choices, discuss healthy living and mindful eating strategies and create customized nutrition and fitness programs that fit with their life.
