Healthy Christmas Baking

I love this time of year. Even though it’s cold outside there’s something about the fact that it’s the Christmas season that makes it ok. I’m not sure why this time of year makes me want to bake delicious treats, but it does. I guess it has something to do with keeping up traditions. I remember baking Christmas cookies (and eating all the dough & feeling sick) with my mom & sisters every year before Christmas, and than she’d serve them on Christmas Eve & Day to friends & family.

If you’re in the baking mood I have a great list of delicious & healthy Christmas baking recipes that you’ll be eager to make and share this Christmas season. The best part? You can tell people they’re healthy, and they won’t believe it!
